Kinder Rowing (Grades 4-5)

Exposing young children to the sport of rowing is a priority for us. We have German small boats sized specifically for them, and are committed to teaching skills and safety on the water in a fun atmosphere.  Summer is the best time to introduce this age to the sport. Our Kinder Camps are the way to go!

2018 Summer Camp schedule will be posted in January 2018.

Middle School (Grades 6-8)

The focus of our Middle School Team is on small boat skills, building knowledge of the sport, increasing fitness, and making new friends.

  • Sessions Mon-Thurs, 4-6 PM, September-May.
  • Middle School students sign up for 2 or 3 days per week; scheduling of specific days is flexible.
  • Summer camps or Learn To Row required prior to joining.

Junior Racing Team (Grades 7-12)

Our Junior Racing Team is focused on teaching high school and select 7/8th grade athletes the fundamentals of racing, supporting each of them in meeting their goals and developing fully as athletes, individuals and team members.  Each day we ask them to work hard, play harder, and believe in themselves.

The Racing Team is separated into three levels depending on goals and experience:

  • PRIME: Goal to medal at National Championships, and/or pursue a seat on a Junior or U23 National Team.
  • EXPERIENCED: Goal to Medal at Regional Championship and be part of a dedicated team.
  • NOVICE: New to Racing
