Learn to Row

Generally a prerequisite for all our programs. For ages 9 to 18, no experience necessary. Course length is four 90 minute sessions, private or semi-private.

Kinder Rowing (Grades 4-5)

Exposing young children to the sport of rowing is a priority for us. We have German small boats sized specifically for them, and are committed to teaching skills and safety on the water in a fun atmosphere.  Summer is the best time to introduce this age to the sport .  Our Kinder Camps are the way to go!

Middle School (Grades 6-8)

The focus of our Middle School Team is on small boat skills, increasing fitness, and building friendships.  We offer sessions Monday through Friday, 3:45-5:45PM  throughout the school year. Middle School students sign up for 2 or 3 days per week.  Scheduling of specifically which days is flexible.  Our summer camps or Learn To Row series are required prior to joining this group.

Junior Racing Team (Grades 8-12)

Our Junior Racing Team is focused on teaching high school athletes the fundamentals of racing, supporting each of them in meeting their goals and developing fully as both individuals and team members.  Each day we ask them to work hard, play harder, and believe in themselves.

Collegiate, Pre Elite and Elite

Rigorous training for young adult athletes with Coach Conal Groom. Practice times and schedules change season to season. Program details...
