Conal Groom
Olympian and nine-time U.S. National Team member Conal Groom is excited to oversee the development of young, eager rowers. He has spent most of his coaching career in Elite, Pre-elite, and Junior development. Groom progressed toward the European approach of starting early with appropriate sized equipment. He emphasizes technique and the development of body awareness.
Carol Nagy
Carol Nagy has been rowing on the waters of the Ship Canal for more than 30 years and coaching Juniors for the last three years. As the parent of a successful International rower, competitor herself, USRowing Referee, Coach, School Activist, and Small Business owner Carol brings her full range of passions and knowledge to building a solid foundation and future at SRC.
