MORNINGS ARE ALL ABOUT ROWING!
We will be on the water, teaching skills and having a blast. We will also be engaged in land games and activities directly correlated with gaining proficiency and allowing for more fun on the water.
WHAT WILL WE DO IN THE AFTERNOONS?
Exploring outdoor adventures in the Seattle area. Exactly where we go and what we do will vary each week, depending on weather, age range, and opportunities. Examples of things we might do: bike to local pool, swim and stop for ice cream on the way home; bike to Discovery Park, exploring salmon ladder on the way, and pickup game of Ultimate; bike to Golden Gardens for an afternoon at the beach; bike to the Museum of History and Industry and the Center for Wooden Boats; drive to U-pick strawberries, Denny Creek water slide, Madison swimming beach, IMAX, aquarium… the Seattle area offers many options for outdoor adventure. This summer we plan to hit as many as we can!
Please note: As we are off-site in the afternoon, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY PICKUP.
Class availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will be accepted electronically via regattacentral.com. Our website will be updated when classes are full. Upon request, we will maintain a waiting list.
